Since its creation, the program has registered more than 20,000 ideas, implemented 8,000 of them, and awarded approximately 500 prizes to participants. However, the registration and approval process for ideas was completely manual. To give you an idea, employees filled in printed forms and deposited them in a suggestion box, which were later collected, analyzed and controlled using parallel spreadsheets. Hyundai's Quality Supervisor, Fernanda Zucoloto, recalls that the time spent in executing the flow of ideas was extremely long. In 2020, 1,156 hours were spent on rework, the equivalent of six months. "Controls were carried out using spreadsheets and some stages of the process required the manual collection of signatures, making it impossible to automatically manage deadlines and responsibilities, leading to a loss of data," she reports. Process automation Hyundai, which already used the SoftExpert solution for document management, automated the ideas program by creating the "Minha Ideia Brilhante" (My Bright Idea) portal on the SoftExpert Suite platform. Libele Silva, Hyundai Quality Assurance analyst and person responsible for the project, explains that the company mapped the entire process to identify the bottlenecks and designed a new flow, contemplating various possible scenarios. "Initially, we identified what the platform could offer, according to our needs, and after executing the planning and development, we trained the entire leadership team, created manuals and videos to help people understand the system, and we even ran an internal campaign entitled: share ideas with 1 click,” she explains. Anticipant une augmentation significative du volume de documents maîtres et de transactions, l’entreprise souhaitait une solution permettant de garantir la cohérence des règles métiers, de rechercher rapidement dans un volume croissant de documents, tout en assurant des rapports de performance réactifs pour toutes les parties prenantes.

    Pour un fournisseur dynamique de produits des sciences de la vie, ces fonctionnalités doivent être bien maintenues et adaptables pour assurer la conformité réglementaire, le développement efficace de produits et le suivi intelligent de la performance à mesure que l’activité se développe.     With a rapidly evolving global team, whenever a CAPA needs to be initiated, it is vital for the right people in the right roles to be engaged consistently in the right order. With the outcomes of CAPA workflows being critical to patient health and safety, automation and flexible business logic are essential to assure that stakeholders always are notified, called to action under various conditions, and ultimately informed of results when the CAPA is resolved.

    Gestion des listes de contrôle et des formulaires d’enregistrement

    Collagen Solutions a recherché une solution robuste capable de répondre à la fois à la gestion de la qualité et aux contrôles de conception pour compléter le système ERP à grande échelle mis en œuvre pour gérer les activités de production. La suite SoftExpert est utilisée pour gérer les affectations, suivre les résultats et permettre une prise de décision basée sur les données pour les opérations quotidiennes sur plusieurs continents.​ 

    Les actions correctives et préventives (CAPA) et les rapports de non-conformité (NCR) sont gérés aux côtés du manuel qualité de l'entreprise et des procédures opérationnelles, accessibles à toutes les parties prenantes mondiales pour assurer clarté, conformité et prise de décision efficace. Des cadres, dirigeants et employés des opérations et de la qualité à l'équipe R&D, chacun a un accès en ligne rapide aux documents et formulaires importants pour l'information et l'utilisation quotidienne, tels que les instructions de travail, les protocoles, les listes de contrôle et les certificats, ainsi que les formulaires d'inspection et d'enregistrement des lots de production.​
