For example, a client in the energy sector digitized its continuous improvement program using the SoftExpert Suite. As a result, over 46,000 employees can now submit suggestions directly via mobile, boosting the number of ideas implemented from 22,000 to 70,000. This initiative also led to a 58% reduction in the frequency of incidents and improvements in 4,500 work areas. Deploying SoftExpert Suite in the cloud provided the scalability and security necessary to drive innovation and ensure business continuity in a competitive market.
